I always get relief from echoes of mind with silence but till I didn’t understand what kind of factor silence actually is? I does disconnected from echoes while acknowledging and appreciating the silence so troubling and targeting the innocence is not a good & best option to get relief from echoes of mind, mere mortal can’t do a inch about this for they are wrong, my selfless behavior is in my life not to shucks me but to doing absolute what I command me to do, for work which seem better sometimes they are just waste of time or you say waste of a person’s precious time.
